The National Boss’s Day or The National Boss Day is a campaign for employers and officer workers to be thankful and show gratitude towards their boss, it is celebrate every October 16. The National Boss’s Day was introduced during the early 60′s and NBD cards are made available during the late 70′s. Recently a survey was conducted among workers and employees about their situation status among their bosses. Nearly 50% of workers in the U.S says that their status amongst their bosses effects the reduction of business activity. And about 75% of the said workers says that the effect was nothing but negative to them.

Monster made the National Boss’s Day survey 2010 in-behalf of Spherion Staffing, the result shows that about 35% of the workers are bothered with their employee-employer relationships, having but small supports to increase their work development may it be in front of the office’s computers are not. There is also a report that 40% of workers say that their bosses are not interested in their career development. What is more horrifying is that a survey result that indicates 45% of workers says their bosses are taking the credit for their hard owned job.

So take a break from your office’s computers and grab a pen and write a greeting card or love letters for your bosses, let us all “try” to celebrate the National Boss’s Day for this year, 2010.
